Enter into the Whare Wānanga of Breath, into the realms of Te Pō (the unconscious & unknown) to bring to Te Ao (the light, the living) lost pieces on your journey of reclamation.
For aspiring breath practitioners wishing to deepen their relationship with Te Hā, the Breath.
You will leave this Wananga with an embodied experience of the Breath to take back to your whanau and add to your work.
This Wananga is an entry point into our 200 hour Training. You will learn practices of breathwork that you can use personally and in your work.
